All Tournaments and Competitions (except those confined solely to own Club Members) must be licensed by the Welsh Lawn Bowls Association.

This Application Form is for all Tournaments it should be returned duly completed with the appropriate Licence Fee to the Hon Treasurer at least 4 weeks prior to the start of the Tournament..
